Job summary

MacLean Power Systems is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the set-up, operation and maintenance of designated machinery in the Stockton facility. You will ensure accurate production records, communicate across shifts, and support other teams in meeting quality and output targets.

The role requires leadership, attention to safety, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of production/operations experience.
• Experience driving powered industrial equipment.
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, equipment maintenance and troubleshooting with quality issue resolution.
• Operate machinery in designated department when needed.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Communicate across shifts and between teams.
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
