MacLean Power, LLC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function, align projects with company objectives, and drive continuous improvement. You will oversee design reviews, program planning, and resource allocation while ensuring compliance with Safety, Environmental and Quality policies.

You will manage a team, administer budgets, and provide technical guidance to engineers, with a focus on delivering reliable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• Minimum 6 years of engineering management or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and directing a team with policy and budgeting impact.

Responsabilités

• Administer operations in accordance with company's policies, priorities and budget constraints set forth by senior management
• Implement effective engineering methods and provide technical guidance and acts as a resource for engineers
• Ensure components, materials and tools are used to capacity
• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
