Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safe, efficient, cost-effective production.

The ideal candidate combines leadership with an engineering background and hands-on Lean and Six Sigma experience to improve quality, throughput, and on-time delivery. Qualifications

• Requires a manufacturing or engineering degree and 5+ years in operations leadership.
• Proven experience implementing Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve quality and throughput.
• Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving to optimize production processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving change in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations with focus on safety, efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and execute plans to meet production, quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Implement Lean principles to reduce waste and improve process flows.
• Apply Six Sigma tools to root-cause issues and reduce variation.
• Coach front-line supervisors and production teams for high performance.
• Oversee capacity planning, scheduling, inventory, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, supply chain and quality teams on new products and issues.
• Establish KPIs, prepare reports, and present improvement plans to leadership.
• Maintain safe work environment through policies and safety initiatives.
• Manage budgets and cost-control initiatives, including capital projects.
