Job summary

Innovative Health is seeking a Senior Lean Manufacturing Engineer to lead complex Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across manufacturing, driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput. You will mentor teams, guide transfer of new/modifed products from R&D to Operations, and ensure manufacturability and scalable production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field; Industrial Engineering preferred.
• Manufacturing Engineering experience in Medical Devices, cardio-vascular products preferred.
• 7 years of progressive manufacturing/industrial engineering/Lean/continuous improvement experience with 5 years Lean deployment.
• 5 years of project leadership in cross-functional projects from initiation to commercialization/implementation in medical device or similar regulated industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred; experience with DMAIC, root-cause analysis, statistical methods, and process capability.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates R&D-to-manufacturing transfer activities with cross-functional teams.
• Estimates production cost and determines tooling and process requirements.
• Train manufacturing/quality control personnel on processes and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and write test protocols and technical documents to support manufacturing.
• Lead high-impact process improvement initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Develop floor layouts or assist with production equipment setup for lines.
