Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a proactive Production Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure on-time delivery of quality products, and drive continuous improvement across the shop floor. Qualifications

• ,5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Demonstrated experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and 5S and delivering measurable improvements.
• Hands-on experience with welding processes and welding quality control; AWS welding certifications are a plus.
• Experience with preprocessing operations (material preparation, cutting, staging) and process setup.
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Proven ability to manage production KPIs, use manufacturing ERP systems, and analyze production data.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards (ISO, IATF 16949, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all production activities to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and shop-floor personnel to build a high-performance team.
• Implement and sustain Lean Manufacturing initiatives and 5S to improve flow and productivity.
• Oversee welding and preprocessing operations to ensure quality, correct setup, and compliance with procedures and safety.
• Monitor key production metrics (OEE, yield, scrap, throughput) and use data to drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Manage resource allocation including labor, equipment, tooling, and materials to optimize utilization.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and supply chain to resolve production issues and support new product introductions or process changes.
• Manage production budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.]
