Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement experience.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production staff; manage shift staffing.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Enforce safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and maintain a clean production environment.
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, quality, and engineering to resolve issues and support new product introductions.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods with purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) to reduce waste and increase throughput.
• Prepare production reports, forecasts, and KPIs for senior management and budgeting.
