Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Ability to read diagrams, BOMs, and instructions.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the area.
• Manage nightly operations within a specific production area, ensuring output meets quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead and supervise area personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Monitor production metrics such as throughput, downtime, and defect rates; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, applying lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
• Report area performance to senior production leadership and contribute to broader operational planning.
• All other duties assigned.
