Job summary

Kelvion is seeking an Assembly Supervisor in Catoosa, OK to lead daily production and schedule management on site. You will assign tasks, monitor quality and productivity, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and 5S practices.

Strong leadership and communication are essential to guide a diverse team through continuous improvement projects. The role requires hands-on management of 1–30 non-exempt employees, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to meet ship dates and optimize output

Qualifications

• Broad experience in supply chain functions: planning, purchasing, inventory management and logistics.
• Hands-on leadership and managerial experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Study, schedule and estimate time, cost, and labor for products and job assignments.
• Requisition material required to meet production goals.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders and assign duties.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules using knowledge of machines and equipment.
• Examine assembled products to determine if items meet tolerance specifications.
• Ensure failed products are required to meet specifications.
• Recommend improvements to methods and processes to increase efficiency.
• Analyze and resolve work problems and assist employees in solving issues.
• Supervise workers using hand tools, jigs, and various power tools and equipment.
• Routine troubleshooting and problem solving for long-term improvements.
• Encourage continuous idea generation for cost, time, and safety improvements.
• Ensure 5S is applied daily in the area.
• Ensure all equipment is up to date and within standards.
• Follow updated schedules to meet ship dates.
• Maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and communication.
• Prioritize tasks in a self-directed and time-managed manner.
• Monitor quality per ISO Quality Plan.
• Maintain regular attendance and on-site work.
• Collaborate respectfully with customers, vendors, and management.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
