Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a Production Lead to manage daily assembly line operations in our Oklahoma facility, ensuring on-time production, safety, and quality. You will coordinate tasks, monitor line performance, and drive improvements with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 2–5 years in manufacturing supervision, a strong grasp of lean principles, and the ability to read technical instructions. Prior ERP experience is preferred, with a focus on meeting production targets and upholding safety

Qualifications

Experience leading a production line or assembly team.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control principles.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate daily assembly line operations to meet production schedules.
Assign tasks and monitor performance of line workers to ensure efficiency and quality.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs.
Inspect products and processes to maintain quality standards.
Train new employees and provide coaching to team members.
Report production metrics and issues to supervisors or management.
Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives on the line.
