Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years in manufacturing with 1-2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in a production area to meet quality and efficiency goals.
• Lead and supervise area personnel including scheduling and performance management.
• Monitor throughput, downtime, and defect rates; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and logistics to optimize workflow.
• Ensure safety compliance and company policies in area.
• Drive lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes.
• Report area performance to senior production leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
