Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of painting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to document data and write clear reports (production, rework, quality, line stop etc.).
• Fluent English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Production Manager in overseeing production and non-production department affairs in the Powder area.
• Coordinate day-to-day operation of flow in the shop and ensure production and quality needs are met.
• Manage and control manpower including attendance to secure line capacity and meet delivery schedule.
• Document data and write clear reports on production, rework, quality, and line stops.
