Job summary

Kelvion is seeking a results-driven manufacturing supervisor/manager in Oklahoma to lead day-to-day operations on-site. You will schedule, assign, and oversee work, study time and labor estimates, requisition materials, and ensure ISO quality compliance.

You will mentor a team, implement 5S, and drive continuous improvement in cost, time, and safety. Qualifications include high school diploma or GED and at least 5 years of general management experience in manufacturing, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Broad working experience in supply chain functions of planning, purchasing, inventory management and Logistics.
• Hands-on knowledge and demonstrated leadership skills & managerial experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Study, schedule, and estimate time, cost, and labor for products and job assignments.
• Requisitions material to meet production goals and interpret blueprints for assignments.
• Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules and use machine capacity knowledge.
• Supervise workers using hand tools, jigs, and power tools; troubleshoot and improve long-term processes.
• Encourage continuous idea generation for cost, time, and safety improvements.
• Ensure 5S is applied daily and equipment meets standards; meet ship dates.
