Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of manufacturing or operations management experience.
• Proven experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Experience managing production schedules, labor costs, and manufacturing performance metrics.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support a multi-shift manufacturing operation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Lead and develop production teams across a three-shift operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, control costs, and increase productivity.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and operational goals.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational performance, labor utilization, production output, and key performance indicators.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to improve processes, product quality, and overall plant performance.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee development, and operational excellence.
