Now Hiring: Operations Manager – Manufacturing

Location: Saegertown, PA

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 annually

Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, primarily 1st shift

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a direct hire opportunity with an established manufacturing company in Saegertown, PA.

This leadership position will oversee daily plant operations, drive production efficiency, improve profitability, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across a fast-paced, three-shift manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are achieved.
• Lead and develop production teams across a three-shift operation.

Compensation & Schedule

• Annual Bonus: Up to 10%, based on company and plant performance, paid in February.
• Schedule: Primarily Monday–Friday, 1st shift, with flexibility around start and end times (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM).
• Additional flexibility required to support off-shift operations and occasional weekend production needs.
