Job summary

ABEC Inc. seeks a results-driven leader to drive manufacturing excellence. You will oversee production, optimize staffing and equipment, and lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost leadership across all shifts.

You will build a high-performing team, promote safety, and partner with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs and customer expectations in a fast-paced plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3-5 years of supervisory leadership in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and CI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operation and ensure production runs efficiently and on schedule.
• Proactively adjust staffing, equipment, and workflows for peak performance.
• Maintain floor visibility, build trust across shifts.
• Drive Lean and CI initiatives to improve productivity and quality.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams; uphold safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with Quality and other departments to resolve issues and improve performance.
