Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Albuquerque to lead manufacturing staff, ensure timely production, and uphold safety and quality standards. You will coach team members, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvements across the line.

The role requires strong communication, math, and ERP experience, with responsibility for scheduling, training, and performance data analysis in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Strong math skills including ratios, percentages, and basic math.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to solve problems quickly and/or elevate to upper management as needed.
• Self-starter with the ability to hold employees accountable in following processes.
• Thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Manufacturing, inventory and distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with computer-based inventory management software (ERP) preferred.

• Recruiting and training employees while developing their personal growth opportunities.
• Maintains workflow by scheduling and assigning personnel; establishes priorities and resolves problems.
• Maintains quality by establishing, improving, and enforcing company standards.
• Coordinates repairs and evaluates new equipment and processes to ensure operations run smoothly.
• Compiles, initiates, sorts, and analyzes production performance data to inform decisions.
• Resolves issues and conflicts by analyzing, investigating, and identifying solutions.
