Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two+ years of food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Lean methodologies experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production to ensure performance and quality standards are achieved.
• Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are manned.
• Lead a team to produce high-quality items meeting labor and yield standards.
• Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and identify development needs.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure on-time start-up.
• Maintain and improve production processes.
• Ensure checks and documentation are completed and conduct quality and safety audits.
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep machines running optimally.
