You will collaborate with engineering, operations and quality teams to analyze data, support production planning, optimize workflows, and document SOPs. The role provides hands-on learning in safety, waste reduction, and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, operations management, supply chain, business, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in monitoring and analyzing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Support production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization efforts.
• Help collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with documentation of SOPs and work instructions.
• Support quality assurance efforts, including inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and maintenance.
• Participate in safety initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Place and follow up purchasing orders for Production needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm solutions and contribute to project meetings.
• Proactively identify improvement potentials and implement optimization ideas.
