Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, operations management, supply chain, business, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles and concepts.

• Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

Job Description

The Manufacturing Operations Intern will support day-to-day production and operational activities within the manufacturing environment. This role offers hands‑on experience in process improvement, production planning, quality control, and cross‑functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with engineering, operations, and quality teams to drive efficiency, reduce waste, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Shift: 1st shift (Hours will vary based on schedule)Monday - Friday w/ overtime as required

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business, or other related fields.

• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Physical Demands:

Standing and walking for extended periods in manufacturing facilities

Manual dexterity for handling tools and equipment
