Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Process Engineer Intern to support manufacturing operations, assisting with process improvement projects, data collection, and SOP documentation at our Roanoke, Virginia facility. You will collaborate with engineering, production, quality, maintenance, and safety teams to apply lean concepts, kaizen events, and 5S to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Strong interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement.

• Assist engineers in daily manufacturing operations.
• Observe processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Document processes and SOPs.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
• Gather production data and create reports for decision-making.
