Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Completed junior year and entering senior year of an undergraduate program.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Interest in manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and maintain an audit-ready condition in the department and facility.
• Support engineering and operations projects focused on improving plant performance and efficiency.
• Assist with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production and operational data.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization efforts.
• Help develop and update standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Assist with project tracking, reporting, and implementation activities.
