Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of technology equipment and systems.
• Support IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvements.
• Help maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues.
• Follow cybersecurity and data security policies.
