Job summary

The Mennel Milling Company in Fostoria, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift. You will help keep plant equipment reliable, safe, and efficient while supporting strict food-safety standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, a technical/industrial credential, and 5+ years in flour milling or related manufacturing. You will troubleshoot, weld, fabricate, and operate cranes and hoists in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, plus a 2-year technical/industrial credential.
5+ years of maintenance experience in flour milling, food processing, or related manufacturing.
Strong troubleshooting, welding and fabrication skills; valid driver's license; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment to maximize plant reliability.
Perform preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, equipment installation, and testing.
Support GMP, OSHA, HACCP, and FSMA requirements while maintaining an audit-ready facility.
