Job summary

The ITW StampTech Division, part of ITW (NYSE: ITW), seeks an experienced finance leader in Gallatin, TN to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and to mentor the Accounting Manager and Financial Analyst. You will drive KPI reporting, variance analyses, and forecast alignment for the division, partnering with operations and sourcing to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equal industry experience.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and standard costing environments.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• CPA, CMA or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for ITW StampTech Division.
• Mentor Accounting Manager for day-to-day accounting and GAAP compliance.
• Develop and mentor Financial Analyst with cross-functional exposure.
• Develop and monitor KPIs including labor and material productivity and inventory performance.
• Coordinate variance analysis and forecast alignment with division leadership.
• Lead the monthly business review, Outlook, and Long-Range Plan processes.
• Identify productivity and cost reduction opportunities with Plant Leadership and Sourcing Manager.
• Develop financial models supporting capital investments and strategic initiatives.
• Improve working capital via inventory and accounts receivable/payable analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement to reporting processes and data automation.
