Job summary

RR Donnelley in Dallas is seeking a clerical professional for the Production & Manufacturing area on 1st shift. You will perform routine clerical tasks on the manufacturing floor, record and verify data, and maintain records to support production reporting.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and Google Apps, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Basic knowledge of Google Applications
• Previous office experience in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills must be excellent

Responsibilities

• Perform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard procedures
• Provide clerical support byrecording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents
• Maintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing
• Apply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions
• May be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests
• May assist with production planning and special projects
