Job summary

Amsted Rail Petersburg is seeking a Manufacturing Onboarding and OJT Program Coordinator to lead trainer assignments, welcome and mentor new hires, and ensure hands-on learning aligned to OJT Guides and Quality Plans.

You will arrange trainer pairings, deliver OJT, evaluate progress, and maintain training records. The role supports LMS, Beekeeper, and MES platforms and partners with Training and Operations on improvements.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug & background screening is required.
• Ability to lift, push & pull 10 to 50 lbs; comfortable wearing PPE.
