Clarke Fire Protection Products in Ohio seeks an Engineering Project Manager to lead new product development, enhancements, and certification initiatives across the lifecycle. You will own the Stage-Gate process, coordinate across engineering, production, and quality teams, and drive timely, within-budget project outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining process templates, facilitating gate reviews, managing risks, and delivering portfolio visibility to leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing new product development and certification projects.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and drive action item closure.
• Strong scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Responsabilités

• Own the CFPP Stage-Gate process and ensure timely, within-budget project delivery.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Production, Quality, Materials, Sales, Marketing and Customer Support.
• Develop and maintain project plans; monitor risks and priorities.
• Prepare portfolio status updates and lead lessons-learned sessions.
• Support product launches and roadmaps with readiness activities.
