James Hardie Building Products Inc. in Wilmington, OH, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) projects through the Stage-Gate process. You will ensure production-readiness, collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement, and drive scalable manufacturing solutions.

You will report to the NPI Engineering Manager and contribute to cost, quality, and performance targets while maintaining operational efficiency and continuous improvement across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related).
• 5-7 years experience in engineering or product development.
• Experience in polymer manufacturing processes (HDPE, PVC or similar thermoplastics) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage timelines.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI projects from production trials to full-scale launches.
• Coordinate with R&D, Manufacturing and Procurement to ensure production readiness.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term process improvements.
• Manage tooling development and scale-up for new products.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
