Job summary

KiddeFenwal is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage engineering projects, including new product development, sustaining engineering, and product improvements. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management or engineering project coordination experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects involving engineering and other functions.
• Strong organizational and project-planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned engineering projects from planning through implementation, including NPI, sustaining engineering, and product improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, deliverables, action items, and resource requirements with project teams.
• Monitor progress against scope, schedule, and objectives; address issues that may impact delivery.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, product management, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functions.
• Partner with electrical, mechanical, software, test, and other teams to coordinate activities and deliverables.
• Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up to maintain momentum.
• Provide clear project updates regarding schedules, milestones, accomplishments, risks, and upcoming activities.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, dashboards, and status reports.
• Support process improvements to enhance project planning and execution.
