Job summary

JRG Partners, LLC. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to lead end-to-end process development and production transfer for new products on the NPI team in Northeast Ohio.

You will own NPI deliverables, define manufacturing processes, and ensure design-to-manufacture alignment to meet quality standards. You will work with manufacturing staff, engineers, customers, vendors, and suppliers, developing training materials and ensuring smooth ramp-up while maintaining schedule and cost

Qualifications

• Hands-on NPI experience in medical/aerospace/auto manufacturing required.
• Proven skills in process validation and Lean project management.
• Experience with CNC machining/laser cutting/electropolishing preferred.
• Interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T proficiency required.
• SolidWorks, MiniTab, MS Office and Teams experience required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process development and production transfer for new products.
• Own NPI deliverables: process flows, work instructions, tooling, equipment.
• Define new manufacturing processes and assembly methods.
• Align design with manufacturing and customer requirements for scalable production.
• Document results and ensure compliance with deviations and standards.
• Develop work instructions and training materials for pilot builds and ramp.
• Act as SME for NPI programs and influence cross-functional decisions.
• Balance quality, cost, delivery, and risk in manufacturing decisions.
