You’ll collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement to validate processes, develop tooling, and drive cost/quality targets.

The role reports to the NPI Engineering Manager at a state-of-the-art facility, with opportunities to implement long-term operational improvements and cost reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related).
• 5-7 years experience in engineering or product development.
• Experience with polymer manufacturing processes (HDPE, PVC, or similar).
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead projects and meet deliverables on time.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI projects from production trials to full-scale launches.
• Collaborate across R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement for scalable designs.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term improvements.
• Manage tooling development and oversee production scale-up.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs and improve quality.
