Job summary

Hyve Solutions is a leader in data center manufacturing, delivering custom Server, Storage and Networking solutions. We seek a qualified leader to oversee manufacturing operations, drive lean initiatives, and manage pack-out processes from planning to shipment.

The role requires a background in manufacturing with hands-on supervision experience, strong data analysis, and collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and QA teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing operations with 1–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of leading manufacturing teams and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of manufacturing supervisors, production leads, and staff.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Oversee all pack-out operations to ensure accurate packing, quality standards, and on-time shipments.
• Manage packing materials and inventory; enforce safety and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, program management, IT, and QA to resolve discrepancies.
• Implement and enforce quality control standards throughout pack-out process.
• Manage manufacturing budgets, control costs, and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement using lean principles (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma).
• Oversee pack-out equipment maintenance and calibration programs.
• Prepare and present regular reports on manufacturing performance.
