Hyve Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Olive Branch, MS to lead and optimize production processes for server, storage, and networking solutions. You will drive Lean initiatives, manage change and process improvements, and mentor a team of process and manufacturing engineers.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing engineering management, and experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and continuous improvement focus.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple manufacturing engineering teams across server/rack production.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, procedures, and flow diagrams.
• Manage change orders, ECO/MCO changes, and ECN disposition.
• Collaborate with NPI to ensure proper process documentation and tooling.
• Coach engineers and ensure training and development of staff.
