Howmet Engine Products, a division of Howmet Aerospace, seeks a Manufacturing Manager in Whitehall, MI to lead day-to-day shop floor operations and drive manufacturing excellence. You will champion safety, continuous improvement, and Lean initiatives to improve quality, productivity, and delivery.

The role focuses on developing leaders, budgets, and strategic plans aligned with business unit goals. The position is onsite at the Whitehall Casting Plant, requiring relocation as needed and a strong

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED with 7 years in manufacturing and 5 years in leadership, or 3 years in leadership with 1 year leading other leaders in a castings plant.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Visa/work authorization may be required; relocation to other company locations may be necessary.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing shop floor teams.
• Promote manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement of plant performance measurements (quality, productivity, cycle time, delivery, cash flow).
• Lead safety, capacity analysis, and standard work to improve OEE and reduce waste.
• Develop budgets, strategic plans, and plant objectives aligned with BU goals.
• Mentor and develop plant leaders, supervisors, and other manufacturing staff.
