Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Operations or related field and 3–5 years of manufacturing leadership. Knowledge of Lean, capacity planning, and production processes is required, with strong emphasis on EHS&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and Lean principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead production areas to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Manage labor, overtime, and departmental expenses to support financial performance.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues to maintain production flow and performance.
• Collaborate with supervisors and support teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to support operational alignment.
• Influence frontline execution to improve team performance and productivity.
• Develop frontline teams to build operational capability and engagement.
• Promote and maintain a safe, healthy, secure workplace with EHS&S compliance.
