Job summary

Frey Consulting Group is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to lead a high‑tech, process‑intensive facility. This hands‑on leader will drive yield, cost control, and on‑time delivery within a complex production environment.

This role partners with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, EHS, and Finance to strengthen execution and prepare the operation for its next phase of growth. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing site or large production unit.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with P&L or budgeting.
• Proven success improving yield, throughput, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a process-driven environment.
• Coach and develop manufacturing managers and production staff.
• Drive safety, quality, cost, yield, scrap, capacity, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Establish priorities, metrics, and accountability across the organization.
• Lead lean and continuous-improvement initiatives.
