Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise people and fabrication activities to meet production goals, quality, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Plan operations, resources, and workflow to ensure timely production and quality of products.
• Organize and assign work; cross-train and assist employees as needed.
• Ensure use of PPE and maintain safe working conditions; drive safety improvements.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with other internal groups to optimize scheduling, cost reduction, and manpower planning.
• Coordinate employee communications, training, orientation and development; promote positive relations and attendance adherence.
