Job summary

Oerlikon Group in Mequon, WI is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations. You will schedule production, supervise staff, analyze data, and collaborate with other departments to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating resources, driving Lean initiatives, maintaining data integrity in SAP and LabVIEW, and mentoring a high-performing team to deliver on customer commitments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• ,
• Advanced knowledge of MRP/ERP systems with SAP preferred and modules on Demand Management, Production Planning, MRP, MM and Control.
• Strong computer skills across MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules based on customer demand and capacity to meet requirements.
• Oversee allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials for efficient production.
• Provide daily supervision to hourly staff to meet demand, productivity, and quality goals.
• Plan and assign work; implement policies and procedures and drive improvements in methods and equipment.
• Promote LEAN tools to support OOE and continuous improvement.
