Zebra Technologies seeks a manufacturing/industrial engineer to design, develop, analyze, and implement manufacturing processes with Tier 1 suppliers. Lead teams to resolve quality issues, drive day-to-day operations, and support Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives for Mass Production and new product introductions.

This hybrid role requires three days per week in one of several U.S. office locations.

Formación

• BS in Engineering with 5+ years experience or MS with 4+ years.
• Experience in Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Lean Six Sigma.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 initiatives with Tier 1 suppliers.
• Drive continuous improvement for Mass Production and NPI.
• Analyze root causes, implement corrective actions, and validate changes.
• Review work instructions and ensure correct manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate across Product Development, Regulatory, and Quality Assurance.
