Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Test System Manager to lead and mentor test engineering teams, shaping strategies for next‑gen manufacturing test and high performance processes. You will work across senior leadership to champion new technologies and drive quality improvements across global partners.

You will apply Lean Six Sigma and Industry 4.0 principles to reduce costs, accelerate cycle times, and ensure on‑time product delivery while collaborating with Design Engineering and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
• People Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust leadership and mentorship to the test engineering organization, guiding NPI and seamless transition to sustaining operations.
• Forecast capital expenditures and resource needs to achieve growth targets and align with strategic objectives.
• Architect and execute manufacturing and test strategies, driving continuous improvement and leveraging Industry 4.0 principles.
