Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a two-shift, 75-employee operation, overseeing fabrication, automated welding, and finishing processes. You will develop leaders, drive continuous improvement, achieve KPIs, safety, on-time delivery, and quality goals, while transforming culture and operational performance.

If you have a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing management and a BS, this is a senior role with room to grow into broader leadership

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership capabilities with ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred (BS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 2 Supervisors and 75 non-union hourly employees across a 2-shift manufacturing operation
• Oversee diverse manufacturing processes including fabrication, automated welding, press brakes, powder coating, and paint operations
• Assess current team performance and operational processes, taking full ownership of the production area
• Identify and implement strategic changes to drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing floor
• Develop and mentor supervisors to grow into Manufacturing Manager-level leaders
• Achieve and exceed established KPIs, metrics, safety standards, on-time delivery, and quality goals
• Drive cultural and operational change to elevate overall manufacturing performance
