Job summary

Requires a BS in Engineering with 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, and experience with weld/fabrication. SolidWorks proficiency is preferred; other CAD platforms are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; candidates with 10+ years of relevant experience without a degree will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience in weld and fabrication environments working with metal products.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks preferred; openness to other CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a hands-on, floor-driven manufacturing engineer focused on continuous improvement.
• Drive enhancements to equipment, processes, and tooling within a non-union weld/fabrication environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues.
• Design tooling and fixtures utilizing SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
