Job summary

Searchmasters Inc in Minnesota is seeking an experienced manufacturing supervisor to lead 2-3 team leads and approximately 35 hourly employees in a non-union environment. The role focuses on coaching, mentorship, and driving production metrics.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
