Job summary

ClearBridge Executive Search seeks an experienced Manufacturing Manager for a Milwaukee-area facility. This role requires strong expertise in production management, continuous improvement, and LEAN concepts, with responsibility for safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

You will lead multi‑department operations including logistics, maintenance, engineering and warehousing, drive improvements with Six Sigma/5S, and partner to meet company objectives with measurable production metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi‑department manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of LEAN concepts and continuous improvement.
• Experience with Six Sigma or 5S.
• ERP/MRP experience with inventory management and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must comply with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set clear goals for performance and enforce deadlines.
• Manage all manufacturing processes including logistics, production, maintenance, engineering, and warehousing.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Plan and execute equipment and process improvement projects; monitor production metrics.
• Apply LEAN manufacturing concepts to reduce waste and optimize workflows.
