Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors and production teams in high-volume environments.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations and production performance.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop supervisors, operators, and staff through coaching and accountability.
• Improve throughput, labor efficiency, quality, OEE, and overall operational performance.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to meet production goals.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Manage budgets, cost reduction initiatives, and capital improvement projects.
