Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations across multiple production areas on-site in a regulated environment.

The role focuses on coaching supervisors, driving continuous improvement, and building systems to enhance safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of leadership in manufacturing, strong Lean and CI experience, and a track record of establishing KPIs and improving

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven success managing multiple production departments, supervisors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence principles.
• Experience developing manufacturing KPIs and improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, production scheduling, and manufacturing planning.
• Experience working within an AS9100-certified manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of quality management systems, audits, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics manufacturing, or other high-relIability industries is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

A client of ours is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager. This individual will provide leadership across multiple production departments, driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, and improving manufacturing performance in a regulated environment.

This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching supervisors, solving operational challenges, and building systems that improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
