Job summary

BSN SPORTS, located in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance activities in a decoration and warehouse environment. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability to support production and distribution.

The role requires experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, CMMS proficiency, and clear communication. Overtime may be required; hours are Monday–Friday with some weekend OT.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Experience in maintenance roles within manufacturing/warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency reading manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficient with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and conveyors.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Develop predictive maintenance to improve equipment performance.
• Lead safety and maintenance documentation and reporting.
• Mentor entry-level technicians and collaborate with teams.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with procurement.
