Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, located in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance activities in a decoration and warehouse environment. You will troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues, perform preventive maintenance, and support facility repairs to keep production and warehouse operations running reliably.

You will develop predictive maintenance programs, maintain records, manage spare parts inventory, and coach entry-level

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.
• Proven maintenance experience in manufacturing/warehouse settings.
• Proficient with CMMS and reading manuals/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and conveyors.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Develop predictive maintenance strategies and track performance metrics.
• Support facility repairs, safety audits, and spare parts management.
• Lead and mentor entry-level technicians and document activities.
