Job summary

Imagineering Finishing Technologies in Indianapolis, IN, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator / Lead Technician to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and safety. This role combines hands-on maintenance with coordination, planning, and prioritization to ensure timely, cost-effective work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance activities, including preventive, corrective, emergency, and project work.
• Prioritize maintenance with Plant Manager to minimize downtime and support production.
• Perform hands-on preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Identify potential failures and take proactive actions to prevent downtime.
• Maintain CMMS records for equipment, maintenance, PM, and inventory.
