Job summary

PSC Industries in Indianapolis seeks a Maintenance Specialist to keep our facilities running safely and efficiently. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and repair equipment, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime in a non-climate-controlled plant.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years in a production setting, basic carpentry, plumbing, welding, HVAC and electrical skills, plus the ability to read safety rules and maintenance manuals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, or replace equipment as needed.
• Perform basic plumbing and electrical/mechanical repairs.
• Develop and follow a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Coordinate with production to resolve equipment issues.
• Ensure 5-S and safety proposals completed.
